Reference to business days in this policy means Monday to Friday (excluding UK public or bank holidays).

Jurassic Supps Ltd does not directly dispatch or ship orders. All orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by TikTok Shop or Amazon, depending on where the purchase was made.

As such:

  1. Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs are determined by the platform used at checkout.
     

  2. Dispatch times and delivery estimates are provided by TikTok Shop or Amazon.
     

  3. Jurassic Supps Ltd does not control or guarantee shipping timeframes.
     

Delivery Locations

Delivery availability and any location restrictions (including Highlands, remote areas, or exclusions such as PO Boxes) are determined by TikTok Shop or Amazon policies.

DELIVERY & DELAYS

If your order is delayed:

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

All investigations, replacements, or refunds for lost items are handled by TikTok Shop or Amazon in accordance with their policies.

  • Investigate lost parcels

  • Issue replacements for lost shipments

  • Process refunds for delivery-related issues
     

DAMAGED ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, you must report this through the platform where the purchase was made (TikTok Shop or Amazon) and follow their returns or claims process.
